Working both in the field and in the office, our Site Negotiators combine technical and commercial skills to track down and negotiate the best locations for siting our customers’ network infrastructures.

The Job

Dealing directly with our customers, Site Negotiators are in charge of finding site locations in a predefined area, presenting the project to all the stakeholders (the owner, the town planning department, architects, government officials) in order to secure their approval, as well as negotiating a lease with the owner, also called the lessor. During this phase, Site Negotiators build a relationship of trust with the lessor and become their key contacts, even after completion of the works.

The role combines multiple skills in law, business, and urban planning and techniques, as well as the ability to forge and maintain a strong business partner network.
