The Job

Reporting into Project Managers, Site Managers are responsible for ensuring contracts in their scopes of work are profitable and compliant with current regulations, occupational Health & Safety rules, and quality procedures (internal and that of our customers). They supervise internal and external site teams, including the design office. Their main responsibilities include conducting technical inspections, preparing quotations for customers, setting up site logistics, preparing work packages, tracking works and final acceptance progress, analyzing cost effectiveness, and invoicing.

Site Managers contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing any human failings, understanding variations in profitability, and proposing problem-solving options. They also contribute to business development by updating schedules, finding solutions, and participating in sales actions.
